For online it's 30 days and 2 months for paper application. As long as you start searching a job while the paper is on process, you can land a job after you receive the OWP which is great!

Hi Anoni, You can apply as Common-Law couple provided that you and your partner are living together for 12 months. You must have all kinds of proof to show it to the CIC that you are living together and in legitimate relationship. Goodluck!

Did you received an Acknowledgement of Receipt yet? If you do, send it with the informations such as UCI number, file number and both of your sponsor and Applicants personal details! Goodluck :)

Hi Blossom, No, you only need Police Clearance from the country you have live for 6 months aside from Canada. cIC will let you know if u need it later on. Goodluck!
