It is online application ,doctor said they gonna send results to CIC directly ,just to keep in ur file

But there is no option like that in online application

My husband just got done his medical requested by CIC and hospital gave him tracking form and said to upload in file but we applied online and there is no other option for uploading any document so please need help ,if someone can . Thanks!
