Don’t know why it took so long for us, we had representative so she emailed us next day after she got first email. Then at the same day I replied them but since then waiting

Hi everyone finally I got the portal confirmation email on July 18th and I replied them back yesterday. I have a question regarding photo specifications, do we need to get clicked from photo studio which would be digitally and scanned or can we click by ourselves?

Not yet but I had called 3 days ago and spoke to agent , then she asked me about my spouse that if he is inside CANADA and she put a note on my file and said it’s approved and I asked her that when I will get a portal email, she replied that she doesn’t know yet.

Sydney, everything is done when I called them last time and been told that they are going to transfer to local office Halifax but never heard after that, been 2 months now
