Just check your ECAS about 24 hours after your ghost mail to see if it says Decision Made. The ghost mail could be related to your bg check, or it could signal a decision has been made in your case - in which case the REAL nail-biting can begin.

With a CEC invitation, just send your bank statement, NoA, and T4 - you don't have to meet the minimums. And do wait until you pass that two-year mark to submit UNLESS your score was boosted by LMIA or PNP. If you submit with only one year of experience, they will reduce your score accordingly...

Not only did I not have that line before or while getting PPR, it's still not in my ECAS. No one should worry if they have Decision Made without that line.

MyCIC always lags behind ECAS. His decision is made -- and it takes anywhere from a day to a month or more to learn what it is. I think it's usually within 2 weeks, though - and it's usually PPR.
