Once you submit your application and cic received it, you will have a uci,it's like an account. It has nothing to do with eligibility tho. But you can use this Uci number for any application which processed by cic,visitor visa , family class sponsorship, skilled worker etc.

Don't mention that you've lived together for more than one year , it would be considered common law relationship. If you didn't declare her in your pr application then you might not be able to sponsor her. Not very sure. Wait other experienced to share their opinion.
