Go look at the processing times. I believe they are longer than a month for India. Usually the first day of school is around the 10th so you might have time

Hey. If i apply from Switzerland and get a positive response and obtain the visa, will i have to send my passport to the embassy or something? Do they actually request passports? Or i just get the visa delivered at the airport? Im very confused please help! Thank you

You only need to show money for the first year. YOu dont have to show all you have for 4 years i think

For the funds, depends how long you are going. More time in Canada equals more money to show at border.

As long as you can prove that you will come back you should be fine. Be sure to have enough funds to sustain yourself during your travel. Also, show that you are a student and that you must return home to get your degree or whatever diploma.
