Im not home and i would have to check my permit but i had 2 interships with my program that ive already finished. On my study permit it says it comes with a work permit. I got a study and a work permit at landing. And on my application it states that i require a work permit for my program.

I believe its an open work permit. But on the cic website the 20h only applies to off-work campus that does not require a work permit. I cant find any information about work permits while having a study permit.

Whats statutory questions? Ive never heard of that. And also does my overstay really matters in a permanent residency like express entry? EDIT: Statutory questions only ask about visa refusal or deportation which does not apply to me. I was never deported or refused entry/visa.
