You have to nominate an occupation. Which one did you nominate? To be precise, on the Schedule 3 form for question 12 part a, what occupation did you write? 1111 or 0013?

Here's an excellent link that I just found. I think this will help you greatly with your predicament of which occupation to nominate (it's by a forum member by the name of MK Shah): http://www.fsw2014.info/match-your-noc/ Good luck!

To be eligible for FSW nomination, one must have at least one years experience in a nominated occupation. According to your post, you have more than that in two eligible occupations - 1111 and 0013. So that's not a problem. CIC checks whether you're eligible for nomination under one of the...

Sdy, It's not clear from your post if the BCs that you're sending is in a language other than English or French. If they're not, they need to be translated and, according to many posts that I've seen here, notarized. Even if the original BC's copies are not in English or French, THEY MUST BE...

I was just going through the FSW 2014 spreadsheet and I noticed something that I hope members can shed light on. There are several members on that spreadsheet who've been asked to do their medicals (these are the members who're on the top of the spreadsheet and are colored in a darker shade of...

The two reasons that you think caused your application to be returned can be fatal. Think about it. To migrate under FSW, you need to be eligible under a nominated occupation. How does CIC know that you're eligible? It cross references the service letter that you provide against duties normally...

The letter must have specifically stated that a document / documents were missing - MAKE SURE THAT THOSE MISSING DOCUMENTS ARE INCLUDED. In my opinion, the best thing to do is read word for word everything that is said on the document checklist form and every form and make sure you have...

In case your application gets rejected due to this reason, they'll send the application back to you. Make sure you are ready to resend the application with ALL the documents ASAP. Hopefully, the cap for your occupation won't be reached by the time your second application reaches the CIO. Good luck!

Has the application reached the CIO? If it's still on the way, you can ask your courier to send it back to you. Once it reaches you, you can add the birth certificate in the original language and send it back. Some forum members have had similar issues where they've noticed that an important...

You’re not the first person to ask why “assets” such as house and car cannot be shown as assets for migration purposes - you certainly won’t be the last, either. Here’s my understanding why only “liquid” assets are considered assets for immigration purposes. Assets can be classified into liquid...

According to members on this forum, Visa Offices give 30 days to submit PCCs. So, apply for them ASAP ( In some countries, PCCs take several months to obtain). With respect to medicals, I've read members here say that they've had 60 days to submit them.

Urgent Question A friend of mine received nomination from a provincial government. She recently did her medicals. The clinic that she did her medicals told her that they would submit the medicals directly to the VO. Is there any way that she can find out whether the VO has received her...

Disregard that questionnaire! Your eligibility to migrate to Canada is not determined by some online tool, but by CIC officers who review your application against FSW 2014 eligibility criteria. Do you meet all the eligibility criteria? Then go ahead and apply. Good luck!
