Same Pool ...Different draws in different categories

Points. Only points. NOC doesn't matter. Your jobs needs to fall under NOC that is all.

CEC Already Working with no LMIA - Scared and Confused

What is the point of tripping it? I doubt that many even apply. I guess its after taking into consideration future growth.

if not getting job offer or PNP...

Yes it is lol. This the only sample I had to work with. But yes you are right good language is rewarded which is so so so important. This was the best step taken by the government.

if not getting job offer or PNP...

Okay, had some free time. There is a thread down there somewhere that lists the score of all the potential applicants on this site. So here are the percentiles of sample scores against the sample size of this site's applicants 1100 - 99th percentile 950 - 95.2nd percentile 600 -- 93.3rd...

if not getting job offer or PNP...

I've read that post and no that guy is kinda clueless. We will only know for sure come February. LMIAs positives are hard to get man and that article throws light on the concerns some of us PGWP had, but I guess if you think with a level head and logic you will know that you are mostly on the...

if not getting job offer or PNP...

Exactly. There is a common consensus on this forum that LMIA is required to be successful at EE. It is not the case. If anyone has any grasp of percentiles and statistics then they know that staying above the 450 mark out of 1200 is easy enough to get picked in the same month you have applied.

if not getting job offer or PNP...

Nope. LMIA jobs will get 600 points. There is no need for LMIA for any other applicants.

if not getting job offer or PNP...

This is not true. Canadian work experience always awards points. LMIAs are rare and are given to very niche jobs. A handful new graduates will even get LMIAs. There is additional points given for Canadian experience which will ensure that PGWP holders get their PRs. A compulsory LMIA means large...

if not getting job offer or PNP...

Well, no. You don't get anything lol. But you have to have 1 year of Canadian work ex to apply for PR. So there is additional points for Canadian work exp. So you almost always will have higher points than those applying from outside Canada. So there's that. Don't worry a lot of us are annoyed...

if not getting job offer or PNP...

I meant aren't the same. Regina said that top 2000 ones are with job offers and LMIA. Job offers and LMIA are two different things. Only LMIA will make sure that person is top. A job offer means nothing if its not LMIA assessed.

Job Offers and LMIA aren't same right?

Minimum Points required for Express Entry

Either way, thats not how it works. How will they pick? Look at someone's resume? It has to be a systematic approach. Yes, they are going to fill in jobs that can't be filled by canadians and thats via LMIA. Or else a clerk with 3 years of work experience will have more points than an engineer...

Minimum Points required for Express Entry

That's wishful thinking but no, thats not how it works. It's solely ranked on points.

Job Offer and arranged job from Canada

A job title isn't LMIA supported. An employer has to get an assessment done. If the company didn't find any Canadian "tile setters" then, they have permission to get a foreign tile setter.

Someone else who gets how it works :)

    Express Entry

EE is different. If you fit the criteria then you can get picked. I don't think your previous rejections affect your ITAs. Don't worry :)

A month ago I started to work on PostGradWorkPermit so I need help to understand

Well at first I was kinda annoyed too. Look at my previous posts lol. But if you think about it and do some observation, the way EE is designed is that if you would have gotten a PR with the old system you most likely will get it now too. Good IELTS is rewarded, unlike before where you met the...

A month ago I started to work on PostGradWorkPermit so I need help to understand

. Well, lets put it this way, if you have 1 year of Canadian work experience almost always your score will be higher than those of applying from outside Canada. That is just how the scoring has been done. Only people with absolute higher score is LMIA workers and PNP Holders.

Job employed letter is ok for 600

Re: Job employed letter is ok for 600 No. Unfortunately you need an LMiA assessment done.
