Is this ur only job? If u have ref. letter from other jobs, providing offer letter, promotion/increment letters, relieving letter, paystub, any certificates relevant to profile shud be sufficient along with LOE explaining why reference letter cud not be obtained adding email/letter from this HR...

I think as long as ur job tenure is mentioned on theref letter, it shud be fine. Plus u may add in LOE this story and the email from HR. See if they are ready to put a rubber stamped date and may be sign across, that shud do it.

If he already has his valid visa student/work permit, there shud not be a problem. However if u are planning to land first time after receiving PR and have no other valid visa, u must accompany him as Primary applicant. He can not enter as dependent/secondary applicant alone.

Don’t skip anything even if u have no proofs. Declare details as they are. It becomes an issue if they discover and u haven’t declared. You don’t need proof of residence anyways. Also if the same is in your husband’s name it should be fine.

IMO, this could be perceived as conflict of interest especially if your wife is part of the EE application. You shud get that letter from your counterpart or if there are any other stakeholders in company (no direct relatives as they will be declared in your EE application) or if your company...

Sorry but didn’t understand, was she refused visa during visa interview at the consulate or refused entry into the states at POE? Either cases have to be declared.

Have you couriered your documents to WES already?

Have you tried calling them? I am not so sure if something can be done post evaluation completion. However this being a common mistake, you will find people did have it corrected to IRCC package before evaluation completion. Just follow up with WES and you should be okay.

Hi Priya Standard WES evaluation will not be acceptable by IRCC. IRCC will not only need scanned reports but also direct access to your evaluation done by WES which will not be provided in Standard Eval. Write to WES asap from their contact us portal and submit your issue. Also try to call them...
