That’s IP1. IMM5669e Schedule A is Backgrnd Check form, its a routine form received by many applicants. It is available on CIC website. You can google it to get the link. Download and fill out the form, print it out and pen-sign it, scan it and upload it on your CIC application account, you...

    No E-AOR

Were you able to get a snapshot of pages? This is least they shud provide, if not the access. I don’t see the reason they are saying website is down, almost never happens. If this agency is in your city, you can simply visit and see it for yourself. I do suggest to take things lightly with them...

    No E-AOR

In pre-ITA or application submission process I agree with that approach as there are too many things to be carefully filled out and if you are not sure, you will most certainly make a mistake in your application which could result in rejection. However post submissions and payment, once it goes...

    No E-AOR

If the payment has been made, I m sure all will be fine. However not providing access to account and email sounds strange to me. If it is something in your imm agency agreement, I m not sure. But even so you could ask her to provide snapshots of two pages which reflect exact status of...

I believe you have access to your CIC account. If so what it says there? I am sure it doesn’t take more than couple of days to receive AOR. Has the payment been made towards PR fees? For notifications from CIC whose mail id is registered, Yours or your agent’s? If your online portal says that...

Is paid volunteering considered as work experience?

Were you able to find NOC with work description you performed? I don’t think volunteering can be qualified. Also payslip you provided specificies as allowances for volunteers. Allowance is not same as salary, as it is meant to be used as durance of your tenure and not a professional payment...

Is paid volunteering considered as work experience?

Are you planning on obtaining points against this work experience in your application? Were you able to find valid NOC for your work? If what you paid was an allowance, I don’t think it can qualify as work. Volunteering will not qualify as work. For work, you will need 35hrs/week and salary...

I think UPDATED means everything including details you omitted the first time. As I said you can always include a LOE that will tel what details were provided previously and what details are being newly presented.

Sorry to hear about that. In your last application, did u provide LOE along with proofs of employment? What u shud do is put yourself in Visa officer’s shoes and ask yourself if these documents can prove what I am claiming and can that person understand my claims. If they have asked for a...
