"Not met" because currently you don't have a nomination from any province.

No i just started my process, I have created my EE profile only.

Program hasn't opened in December nor will it open over the next few days of 2017. They are only giving nominations to people who have already submitted applications. Wait for 2018. When they announce that they are giving NOIs, that's when you can recreate profile.

My wife is an MBA from university of Manchester, UK and has couple of years experience in noc 1122. But she doesn't have eca. Can she apply in sinp without eca. I don't see any requirement for eca in sinp required documents. Also, how long does it take to get nomination in sinp.

applications don't get rejected due to less score. lots of other people are in assessment stage. just make sure you sent all the necessary paperwork and look out for an ADR. good luck.
