Re:what's the initial cost for university of regina? Atleast 8k-10k CAD plus additional 10,000 CAD to show in your bank statement as one year living expenses. You can also get a detailed break-up from UoR website.

I have been accepted in UoR's MEng (ESE) program. Btw why have you applied for ISE? You profile is well-suited to Systems Engg Program. Since ISE is relevant neither to your exp nor to your studies, you have sacrificed your chances by opting for ISE.

Your profile is good. You have to find a supervisor no matter how good is your profile. And if you don't, you will be risking of chances of getting admission.

Yes very much. You are taking a big risk if you dont contact professors even if you are going for MEng program. You might get accepted but it is strongly urged to ask professors for supervision. All the success!

Let me be very honest with you. I don't want to demotivate you. Candidates with your GPA have been rejected by UoR for fall term. I suppose you have applied for summer intake. So keep your fingers crossed.

Your grades are ok. A good SOP will improve your chances. Also contact professors for supervisor. If you find one, you are all but guaranteed admission
