Is it mandatory to get your bachelors degree and SSC/HSC certificates attested from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) before submitting to CHC Islamabad for visa? Please advise.

The deadline for submitting documents for winter 2013 session was 31st July. If you have applied for this session, you have wasted your 100$ because your documents were supposed to reach there before the deadline. Your application will not be considered.
