Dont panic. Everything will be fine. You will be required to submit documents as mentioned in conditional LOA. All you have to do is send an email to FGSR and ask for scanned copy of letter.

Just send an email to them. Scanned copy of conditional LOA will be emailed to you in a day or two. Hard copy will be received through regular mail which takes upto 15-20 days

There is no specific time period. I along with a few other applicants got it 21 days after medical.

Don't even think of getting your passport renewed now. Submit your passport and you will have visa stamped on it InshAllah. Considering your program, you will get two year multiple entry visa depending on the date of completion of your program mentioned in your application form. Cheers!
