Pakistani students ,How is cathay Pacific ? Any suggestions?

Hey all
I am thinking to book a ticket , what I want to know is how is Cathay pacific ? In terms of punctuality, service ?

i was booking a ticket on this air line but I have just read this article, which has made me confused, I dot wanna get khuar at abny cost,,,,

Well these things happen even with good airlines. So it's better not to make one of such events base for rejecting an airline altogether.

Now given the time period you will be travelling in, you should better hurry up and make your booking asap.

I have done a lot of homework regarding what airline and route to choose as I will be travelling to Regina from Karachi in the third week of August. And you will be surprised to know that I have ended up booking my seat in PIA........Reason: non-availability of seats and exorbitantly high fares of other airlines during these days. Just to give you an idea, cathay pacific will cost you around 170k from KHI to VANCOUVER and it will take you more than 36 hours to reach your destination. So start finalizing your options and choose one at your earliest.

And PIA is not so bad ,,,, Just one suggestion i would give you that use the washroom at the earliest and then try not to go in between or at the end lol I myself was going in PIA but its route it frm khi to toronto and I didnt want to go to Toronto , I wanted to go vancouver,

Cathay Pacific is very cheap right now
Just 87k From KHI TO VANC and in 3rd sep So ,, lets seee,,,,

I wanted someone who has travelled in it ...

and and and one thing more that the duration of flight is just 24 hours ,,,
and even less,
Just one stop
KHI to hngkng and hngkng to vancouver ./.... Stop is of just 3-4 hours ,,,

Arent you reaching there too late!

I think you should get there at least a week in advance just to settle down and make all arrangements, especially to get over jet lag!

I never checked flights in the month of Sep. I wanted to travel early hence checked all dates in August but very high fares.

You have got it for nothing.

I will be getting my resident apartment at 1st Sep onwards and mine stuides will start from 4th sep ,
I will reach there at 3rd Sep,

I thought this will be a better option ,,,

Is it possible that u book flight today and pay in august? as per my info they give u 24 hrs time to pay and confirm ur flight.
