No, I am not. Does PA have their OWP? If so, you can apply for a visa any time and it won't raise any question. It usually takes about 2-4 weeks.

Yes, and I left twice without my sponsor. They had absolutely no questions at the border about my PR application. The only thing they ask is - Where do you work? That's it. Don't stress out:)

Guys, I have left the country like 4 times already. As long as you have your OWP and visa in your passport - you are TOTALLY fine. If you are from visa exempt country - that's even easier.

Pretty much the same way you link your PR application. You go to: link application to this account, then choose Temporary residence, OWP and so on...

You can link it to your MyCIC account and you will be able to see all the updates.

There is no such thing as AOR for OWP:)

If you have your valid ETA and your OWP is issued while you are away, you should be ok to come back. I had a similar situation, but I did have a valid visa. I didn't have my OWP at the port of entry (it was sent to my address while I was away) and they issued me a new one. Your OWP application...

I sent my meds with application package and it showed received right away. I would definitely recommend calling them...

What does your ECAS say? they usually specify there if it's received.
