I have seen even with the Lawyer, 90% cases are getting refused based on credibility or IFA ( why internal flight alternative was not attempted. Means claimant could have moved to another city in his/her country)

Can you share your background, like you applied h&c after refugee refusal? And if you had applied after refusal, did they ask to leave Canada or you had extended stay?

Maybe your hearing was long and not in English. Generally short hearings and in English, they tell you the decision same day and send you letter in 2 weeks

Hahaha Actually no, They have nothing to do with other visas except Canadian visa. Why would they cancel. They dont have right to touch your passport and visas. Whoever claimed refugee, means he/she has seek protection, it doesn't mean he / she committed any crime internationally and Canada is...

Slightly different opinion as even you can re enter Canada if your circumstances have changed, similarly you can enter USA later when your circumstances have changed even they exchange information

You are already in a great country which is big enough to spend whole life away from snow. Better stick there in any other state and you will be alright. Chase an American dream instead of chilled snowy dream

If you don't have any plan to travel anywhere and have courage to stay in Canada for around 5 to 8 years in cold weather then it's ok. Finally you may get accepted
