my hearing will be in Marsh,13 and I’m really wired and idk anything about the questions also do you recommend to go with lawyer or be my own because until now I don’t have Lawer I did everything by myself

I higly recommend going with a lawyer, and I personally think whoever goes without one, 90% will have their case rejected.

Questions will be mostly about why you can’t return to your home country.

I said personally, which means the cases that I personally have seen or heard about.

I have seen even with the Lawyer, 90% cases are getting refused based on credibility or IFA ( why internal flight alternative was not attempted. Means claimant could have moved to another city in his/her country)
