write them a written letter explaining why you cannot provide that record (don’t forget to have ur wife sign it) and send it to the address of the visa office. Webform is not guaranteed to the best of my knowledge.

We managed to call IRCC about my dad’s application today, we were informed that the eligibility has passed, and waiting on background check. Last update was Oct. 10, 2019 requesting military details.

congrats and I hope next update will be very soon. Could you please let me know when was the last update/date from IRCC sent your husband before the medical request?

I applied for Turkey Visa and they took our passports & told us you’ll receive them within 6 weeks. We received it on the 6th week.
