Yes you can apply h&c but you may get removal order as h&c dont stop removal.

Hi, Dont loose hope. for H&C you need to wait for 1 year. why dont you file appeal, atleast you will have a chance to win and you will get some time as well during the appeal process. these days appeals are taking 1 to 2 years. in the meantime get work permit and start working.

I agree it could be hard to argue on IFA, And if it's not appealed then probably PRRA and H&C would be suitable. But I'm not sure the chances of success in H&C only in 1 year, but ofcourse kids are too young. What do you say? Or appeal to be filed personally

Sorry to hear that. Process is simple to contact CBSA / IRCC to update them about your travel plan voluntarily and they will arrange your passports according to your travel date at airport. Woul you like to share your timeline of claim and appeal, how long it took?
