Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. We all are in same boat. However, since you are oct 2019 applicant, your sponsor could contact MP but with covid there is not much they can do anything about it.

Medical passed on July 23rd.

1st one was before medical and 2nd one was after medical. every case is different but most people get their pre arrival after 3 months from Medical.

Are you being sponsored by spouse? They don't usually interview spouse sponsoring applicants unless they have serious doubts on your file.

What I found out in this website that we get 3 ghost updates before we get Pre Arrival letter. I am not sure how it works but that's what learnt here.

Application updated means you got a ghost update, you will get a good news soon. About the error, it could be server error. try again later. Let us know if you get any updates.

My wife did her medical in July and is still waiting and I know there are people waiting since last year for pre arrival letter.
