If chield is born then u should update CEC, I dont think it will impact your application as there will be no checks for infants that too if he or /she is already canadian citizen

Just called CIC and found that my BOWP is approved n mailed to my address. I applied online on 1 st april. Hopefully I will get paper in hand before weekend. Good luck all

Applying by paper is not a good idea, But yes you are correct there is only one format for paper application, but dont forget to attach other relevent documents as per document check list and indicate that you are applying for BOWP. And emploment section keep NA-Open BOWP which will be easier...
