Has anyone applied for BOWP via paper and also received there visa?

I am trying to fill out my BOWP via paper and just want to double check some information and make sure im doing it all right. Just to confirm that the only form I am filling out is the IM5710 and also attach a letter stating that I am applying for BOWP under OB485 and also send AOR
Is this all I need to send???
Please help

Applying by paper is not a good idea, But yes you are correct there is only one format for paper application, but dont forget to attach other relevent documents as per document check list and indicate that you are applying for BOWP. And emploment section keep NA-Open BOWP which will be easier for officer to understand.

Thank you for your reply. I am doing it via paper as I need to buy time so that I get my AOR as my visa runs out the same day I can apply for CEC
So under employment I still have to write who I work for and job role or are you saying that I dont as its for BOWP?

u don't have to fill up about prospective employer but however, u have to complete your employment history for the pas 10 years,

ujbaby - So do you mean that under the section DETAILS OF INTEND WORK IN CANADA 2 I don't need to attach a letter from my employment and I don't need to say who I work for so 2-5 I don't need to fill out but under employment for the past 10yrs I do fill out in which that would have my Canadian job on it
Is this right?
