passport request from CIC for PR it self is for VISA issuence as well as COPR. you dont need seperate single entry visa again. Once you filled your PR under CEC u are free to go any where in the world. But if you want to return to canada before PR u need Entry VISA.

I fully understood your question. What reason will you give for single entry visa? If you have valid reason you may apply for TRV in india or within canada.

Sorry dear there is no shortcut in this process you file your application - Get AOR - Apply BOWP - Get TRV renewed for multiple entry Until unless you choose to stay here and extend your stay as visitor.

If your one year work experiance required for CEC application is getting complete then how can u leave canada before that? CIC will reject your application saying you do not have 1 year full time experiance. Better thing is to be in Canada untill you file your application - Get AOR - Apply BOWP...

first thing is how u got BOWP if u are outside of Canada? you have made small mistake leaving country as you might know ur visa is going to expire before u return to canada. now you have to apply throught VFS and explain them that u have BOWP and you need TRV to return to canada. hopefully CIC...
