It depends on how big application is and how many documents they have to check. Also, for some reason Vienna office is slower then other offices.

I don't get one thing, in what order are they processing applications, it looks like there is no order at all. Some people who applied earlier are being processed latter, that does not make any sense. I guess it is like lottery, it depends which officer you get and how fast it is.
