I have sent them an email through ECAS system because I have UCI number since I already was working in Canada. They responded to me that my file has been transferred and that it is in process. A week latter I have received second line on my ECAS (We started processing...) and now I have MR.

So you did not get RPRF? Other VO are issuing RPRF together with medical request and if everything is ok with medical they are receiving PPRs. Just wondering what is the timeline and procedure of Vienna office.

You could write a good cover letter and explain the situation. I don`t see other way, maybe someone else knows better. Try to ask that question in other groups also. Did you receive medical request also or it was just this? I am still waiting for any news from Vienna.
