It won't be corrected if you cross the border. If you will do your landing through a CIC office then it can be corrected. You need to submit a correction form to correct the date. You can still land with no issues. Mine is also wrong and it was not corrected at the border.

Amazing!!! But as far as I know based on what I read from the forum and my own experience, the entry date can't be changed at the port of entry. CIC officers are the only one that can change this, CBSA officers are the one meeting you at the port of entry.
