It depends, some institutes do wait until deadline but I am not sure about university in which you've applied, you can email/ call them to confirm but it would take around 2/3 months if they do process it before deadline.

I have but there is no response as yet even its been like 3 months now,But I do have acceptance from concordia though.

As far as I know you dont have enough time left to apply to canadian consulate in London, as I think you should have valid visa for atleast 3 or 6 months in order to apply for any other country. but you can call or email consulate to clear it up. You can always lodge your online application but...

Haha congratulations on getting your visa, and what do you need LOA for, just get a print out off your email, and carry it along for immigration, that should do. if you dont have photocopy or scanned LOA then request scanned copy of it from your uni/ college before leaving. hope that would help.

I would suggest you to apply online and with your wife. need to show course fee for 1 year and funds for yourself and your wife for period of 1 year along with travel tickets. and I hope you will get it, and I would suggest you to attach ACRO police certificate from UK and apply from back home...

No I did not apply through any agent/consultant, I applied it on my own. hopefully you will get positive response soon may be in start of october.

No I dont think that he can apply from Saudi Arabia since he is visitor there, so he need to come back to his home country to be eligible to apply for Canadian study permit.
