It is not advisable to leave QC and start working in any other province, as you have signed intent to reside in QC, and been selected to work in QC. by doing so you would risk your application for permanent residence.

You can certainly do it now if you have enough points, if you dont have enough points after verifying online then my advice would be to apply for PR first and sponsor her later. but if you do have enough points it will be better to add your wife and apply together for PR , to avoid waiting dilemma.

The apartment is 1 1/2, i am from pakistan as well and concordia university student. Rent is very reasonable its 230 per month. And it includes electricity. Heating but not internet. Its 5mins walk from university and between two metro stations 1. Guy concordia and atwater Metro.

as far as I know It comes through email, if you apply online it will be in mycic portal in the form of PDF and you will get notification about it on your email too.

That isnt any issue, soon as you get your medical letter you can book an appointment with IOM where ever you are..
