    Chances are higher that you will be granted a visa, but you never know, as I have seen people getting rejection even after medical with reasons other than medical.

    printout of PDF would be fine.. I did same with mine, so I dont think you would have any issues with that but its my personal opinion. I am not too sure as I am still waiting for my medical..

    but make sure you include your personal details like full name, dob, application date, file no etc. when you send it directly from an email account rather than sending inquiry VIA the link I posted above.
