Have your requested the GCMS note on your app? If haven't, order it as quickly as possible as it will give you the some info about where your app stands now.

Yes, that means they are processing your file. I am sure you will get MR soon once your lawyer sends the email.

I think it is best to inform them about that you sent it in Oct and it has been attached to your file according your GCMS note generated on XXXX etc. Nothing wrong with saying that to them. Just to be on a safe side.

Wow, thats a quite late thou. remember you have hired him to do your work and are paying him for that. So you have the right to ask him to check the emails regularly:)

Yes, your consultant will be the communication person with CIC, not you as you have him as a representer on you app. Check with him regularly to make sure he looks at him emails.
