I don't think you will have an issue with taking antibiotics. Just give the list of the antibiotics to your medical doctor. But better consult your medical doctor about them

I am a postdoc in geochemist. I used 2113 code. Recently i got MR along with RFPR and biodata. As long as your duties are matching with the leading statement of the code, then you are ok. But be careful with using the 4012 or 4011 codes, their leading statement are usually involves teaching...

I would not worry about this. Those designated clinics have been doing this for years either medical enabled or not. They know what they are doing.
