Do not worry. I found that Jan applicants who got BG "in process" earlier are generally in worse situation. In your case, once you get BG change into "In Process", DM and PPR will follow up soon.

Nope, I have been told that every eligibility assessments including security check had been done one month ago. My file was sitting the for the "final review before finalization"........
