I gave up calling them long time ago. I ordered GCMS notes few times, all I know is that my file is currently sitting at "PACE", nothing else. I don't know what's going on either. Tried to figure it out, but i don't know how................so frustrated now.

"Information Centre for Members of Parliament and Senators" is the place where MPs obtain case related information. Looks like they do not contact IRCC directly. They have their own information source.
