Winnipeg CIC appears to be in a coma. The slowest of all the offices. Tracked progress of applicants from early 2017, extremely slow even though they don't have that many applicants.

There is no "application received" to click on. I think we should give it a day or two for it to appear. The only thing currently showing on the page is what Asish indicated.

Got the same message as well. I suspect they are yet to add updates.

Hello friends, family got AOR today January 12. Application was sent on Nov. 2 and received Nov. 6. On line 158 of spreadsheet the last time I checked. Kindly update. Thanks. For first week of Nov. applicants who are still waiting don't despair, your application is not lost, your AOR will come.

You are not alone. My family also sent application on November 2nd received on 6th. Still waiting. There are some Nov. 1st. applicants (even October applicants) still waiting. Hopefully we should hear something within the next couple of weeks. Don't despair.
