Same with me, ecas has not been updated beyond the 3rd line though I have written my test and got decision made. I think it depends on the officer in charge of the application, some of them don't input the information needed to update ecas.

They don't ask for it they check your passport for it themselves. They check for stamps covering the eligibility period. I think its coincidence. It doesnt work that way for everyone. My family applied last year and got AOR a couple of days after sending a web form. That didn't work for me.

My timeline is the same as yours and I got the same standard response from them.

I keep wondering why Acknowledgement of Receipt is not on first come first served basis. I understand if this is issued by local offices, but if it is not and it is issued at the central office in Nova Scotia, people whose applications were received in the first week of August should not still...
