This doesn't sound right. It is always signed for when received. If still in transit it may mean they didn't deliver it. Call Canada Post again, don't let them brush you off, insist they trace and find it.

Spouse and kds became citizens yesterday. It was a beautiful event. Hopefully I will be applying next month. Good luck to everyone still waiting.
