Correct, it has to be paid off. You have to have the title, if you haven't paid your car off you don't have the title your bank does - you have a registration.

Yeah should be no problem. After 30 days when you're required to update your address/etc. it may become an issue. Technically I guess you could always keep your old address in the USA and stuff but if you ever got hit or something it'd be insurance fraud possibly. I had to end up selling my car...

That's the sponso side approval. Mine says the same. After researching more though if we show DM on ECAS we should expect a PPR request within 2 weeks and probably land within a month (maybe a bit more).

To be fair I provided my Police Certificate up front but submitted before Jan 31st, but also with new forms...kinda a gray area. I'd suggest waiting until they say upload it. I didn't have a request to upload the Police Certificate, just the Schedule A. It looks like my application was approved...

I provided both up front but had my schedule A request online as soon as I was able to link. Time frame in my signature. It will be fairly soon I suggest take the steps for your Police certificate now.
