    Schedule A – Background/Declaration IMM5669

Try to link your application by Name/Birth/Passport option. Lots of success with that way if you don't know your application #. Its all one big application so dont worry about the forms

    Schedule A – Background/Declaration IMM5669

You can only have 1 application linked at a time. linking another will unlink ur wives. Just do the PR side, it's really meant for the PR anyway.

    US outland applicants' thread :)

Honestly just apply Outland, continue your long distance relationship and you should be able to move up there and then at the same time work because you'll become a permanent resident. USA/Canada applications going outland at this time are only 4-6 months on average, ours took 3 months. It...

    Schedule A – Background/Declaration IMM5669

Doesn't look like you actually linked the application yet. Try clicking the blue link that says "Link an Application to this profile/account"

    US outland applicants' thread :)

It really varies depending on your relationship history, the personal history between both your spouse and yourself, if you have any kids, medical exams, background check, etc. etc. Roughly US applicants are processed in 4-6 months. It can take up to 12 months according to Immigration Canada's...

I took screenshots for you. If you click "View submitted application" and then the second pic is where I uploaded and it had a upload blue box for me at the time. Hope this helps.. http://imgur.com/a/PCwuT

Print your COPR? I've never heard such a random request...usually they e-mail PPR and you mail them information and they mail you back your COPR paperwork (visa)....and yeah you're right all we can do is help out best we can. This forum was a big help for me personally.

    US outland applicants' thread :)

Perhaps, but I'd imagine people who get DM should be getting PPR's around the same time if a decision has already been made. That's what I was referring to. So like I said, after DM on ECAS he should see a PPR within a week...but no one knows for sure besides the officers working on his file. I...

    US outland applicants' thread :)

Like others have stated, if your ECAS does not show DM yet then keep waiting. You're still being processed, so no one knows how long it'll take since everyone is different. I went from mailing application to COPR within 3 months exactly. Depending your history, application, etc. everyone can...

    Schedule A – Background/Declaration IMM5669

I only uploaded one document and it was the schedule A. If I remember correctly it had an Upload message and I had to upload the file, then hit continue to actually submit it to them...otherwise it'll sit in "Upload" - mine was like this for a day until I realized I needed to actually submit it...

    US outland applicants' thread :)

Ditto, totally normal to say in progress until the very end. I saw DM on ECAS before the MyGC account changed over to Application Approved.. MyCIC just updated yesterday with "approved" when my visa was mailed off (Canada Post updated my return tracking so that's how I figured out they mailed my...

    Schedule A – Background/Declaration IMM5669

Just the applicant. Usually you'll see the request to upload within a week or as soon as you're able to link your application, no one knows for sure as every single case is different.

    US outland applicants' thread :)

First off, congrats! I’m not landing on that side of the country but I was told I can literally just drive up to the border, hand them my COPR and they bring you inside, you fill out some stuff and you’re sent on your way. I heard the whole process was pretty easy honestly, both from people on...

JANUARY 2017 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

My passport and stuff were delivered to Ottawa yesterday, just got the official "Your Application has been approved." on MyCIC. I guess that means they sent my COPR off?

    US outland applicants' thread :)

Just read your previous post before this one too, you'll be fine. Honestly I would explain it just like that and then the fact you've been married awhile and lived together and share all the financial stuff you'll be fine. Basically you meet all the requirements for common-law with all that...

    US outland applicants' thread :)

Hey no worries! I saw the same pictures of the super thick applications and it had me worried too. With the new forms it’s actually pretty limited on the amount of stuff they need and that you can provide, so don’t fret! We didn’t actually include many chat logs of Facebook or anything. I...

    US outland applicants' thread :)

I went into extreme detail, explaining the distance between cities, how long it was to drive, why we moved where we moved, how often we saw each other, who knew each other, who other people were that may have known or met us, etc. My advise is just create a word doc or google doc and post extra...

JANUARY 2017 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Thanks! My PPR was delivered today. My only worry is that now I read through the e-mail from CIC again and noticed it says: "DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE." - but the Canadian Post guy told me to write my return address on the Xpresspost envelope under...
