Hi, so if i land and stay for around two weeks in toronto,I can still apply for a healthcard which should be mailed to my freinds address and will become active after three months??or do i have to be physically available in canada to collect it/make it active after three months.

Can i also apply for health care card along with sin and pr card when i land and give my friends address?? So what i am asking is say i go to canada for 2 weeks.I fill PR form at landing , and then apply for sin and health card and give my firends address for all of this??Is this OK?
