Is the applicant supposed to know whether his file has been transferred to the local office? And if yes, is it through E-cas or the CIC number? I did call and enquire and the staff told me that the info of transferring the file to the local office is an info that I would not know!

Does "In process" mean that the file was transferred to the local office? This is what the CIC website says, but I read something else in one of the threads here!

I am trying to establish an estimate for the timeline of the 2013 applications. I found a few from Mississauga posting that they finished their test in January 2014. I cannot find people from Vancouver posting their timeline. Can we have the timeline from Vancouver applicants?
