    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hi, Its a pretty good draft mainak, I have a few suggestions, The first point doesnt seem to have enough impact, we all know that NDVO do work on files according to order in which they receive and they tend to leave a few of them aside where in they have some queries. The problem is they do...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Yes, NDVO is slow but they certainly are working on files, we have two august applicants in process. We dont have enough people sharing their timelines, we just have 10-15 people from august onwards in this forum, and in the real world there are about 500 people who apply every month. The reason...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

There are only 4 applicants between 15th Aug and 10th September in the excel sheet. Only 4 applicants in a span of 25 days, while the average is approx 500 applicants from all over India for the spousal cases every month. How are we going to know if NDVO is working on files or not?? :(

Thanks for sharing "innosense". Did you get this email?

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Thank you for sharing. This certainly looks like scam. There can be no way medicals can be done without passport. How did you send your passport, VFS? Where is your passport now? I hope it is in safe hands. Generally "T" is assigned to files which are incomplete during sponsorship approval...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

I read that your MP told you to wait for 30 days. I guess you should talk to the MP of your neighboring area and see if he can help. If VFS is willing to send your PP to new delhi than you should send it with the details as "innosense" has suggested.

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

You should urgently meet your MP, I guess only your MP can help you on this. Remember PPR is only valid for 1 month, you need to act fast. Also keep mailing NDVO with urgent as subject line. I remember reading a similar case in some other thread, but that applicant got another email soon with...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hi, Can you please share your complete timeline. It depends on if your visa stamp is ready or not, if its ready you get your passport back pretty soon, or else it could take some time, but generally it takes around 15 days.

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

The email clearly says that "if you have not", so there is no need to send it again. But some people do send it again, if you wish to send it you can send the photocopies of PCC and landing fees to NDVO. Next step is when they review your file, if all is well with your file your ecas would show...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Guys please stop editing spreadsheet if you dont know how to use it >:( >:(. If takes alot of time fixing it again :( :(. It has been hard work of so many people in maintaining this spreadsheet. You can copy the sheet in your personal PC's and edit it as per your liking, but please dont edit...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

AOR2 has the UCI no. of the applicant and it asks you to submit you PCC and landing fees if not already done. If you have your UCI no. from your TRV application and can check your ecas than I guess you should not bother about it. If you still want your AOR2 all you can do is ask your sponsor to...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Well, I think there is absolutely no need to send it as you have already send it with your application. The mail clearly says that "if not already paid" and "if not already submitted" in bold and underlined. If you still want to send it than you can reply to the email and send the photocopies in...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

It is a generic email which they send to everyone. If you have already send your PCC and fees no need to send it again. :)

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

CIC guidelines say that you have to submit PCC for each "country" where you have resided for more than 6 months, not for each city or state. So dont worry, PCC from kanpur is all you need. :)
