ypra is referring you the month in which "NDVO" received the files after SA from CPC-Missisauga. Applicants who applied in August got their SA's in October and that is when their files were transferred to NDVO. :)

Calm down jammy, there is nothing to worry. It takes 10-15 working days to get your PP back. Sat and Sunday they dont work. So it is hardly 4 days since you submitted your PP. All the best. :)

You can definitely apply for TRV. There is no harm in applying for TRV. But you need to show enough proof that you would not over stay and would come back to India, while your PR is still under process.

The official wait time for New Delhi is 16 months. Most of the applications are cleared in 8-10 months if the application is complete and the officer is satisfied with the proof of your relationship. Should always consider outland as it is faster and you can also apply for TRV to stay together...
