Calnia had not done medicals upfront. Was asked to do a complete medical on 27th Aug 2015. This is from his/her earlier post. It is also there in the spreadsheet. :)

Congrats Jannat. Your medicals are still valid so you can expect your DM and PPR soon. :) So many October applicants waiting after IP. No remedicals, no DM's, no ppr's. :(

I would suggest you to stay with option 2. As you said it would definitely create doubts and they would see this as your desperation. Further more they won't like undue hassles of attaching additional documents without request. I have read so many times on this forum about sending such...
