First of all excellent thread . First time posting here .

I have a question regarding my wife file.

1)Dec 12,2014 file was accepted and was gonna moved to Delhi.

2) File reached delhi on January 9, 2015.

3) Have submitted PCC, Medical and all fees upfront.

It has been 6 months on July 9.2015. I have not heard anything or any update online. How long approximately have to wait?

Thanks

You are in the same timeline as us. They are working on Aug/Sept applications; when did your file reach Mississauga? From what I am seeing in the 2014 thread Oct applications should go IP July month of next month.

I agree. I haven't received anything New Delhi not even AOR2 or Medical notification and it has been 5 months. Just I hope my file is even in New Delhi.

Anyone here who has experience with TRV for your spouse to come to Canada even if application for sponsorship is still in process? Is it even possible to do both at the same time? Any advice would greatly appreciated!

You not getting the AOR2 could be for number of reasons, AOR2 was send to the wrong address or it was never sent etc etc.. but you can be sure that if your got your SA and it said that it was transferred then it was transferred.

Yes you can apply for TRV while the application is in progress and any out come - positive or negative does not have an impact on your application. To get a TRV the application will have to show substantial proof that they will go back after the "visit" if not it will most likely lead to rejection.

Have you received your AOR2 and Medical received from New Delhi?

1) My medical expired in june as well as. What i have been hearing from others that let CIC notify you for new medical or they can extend your expired medical.

2) So suprised you are in a exact same condition as mine. seems like perfect thread to be in.

Hopefully keep in touch if you hearing anything. I will post something if i hear anything.

Thanks for the reply.

I am getting worried now. Does this delay happen to everyone? Or you guys are exceptions?
