I jus consult my consultant ... He said v hav to send them proofs by courier... He is going to make a letter n attach proofs of Pcc n landing fees...m going to send it ...

What address are you sending it on?
Cuz I am plannin to courier them too. Could you help me with the address!?

Also, is thr possibility of the pcc expiring? Mine is dated in november and since the validity is for six months, mine is expirin this month. Do I need to submit a new one?

psdali,

Congrats!!!

I think it's by mistake. So please contact NDVO at the earliest by Phone and Email. If NDVO response is delayed, ask your Sponsor to call CIC Call Center and verifiy it.

Anyway, you have no time to waste. Contact anyone one of the above (NDVO first) immediately.

All the best!!

Hello everyone,,

I have received an email 2 from NDVO stating that my application has been received at Delhi, and requesting me to submit RPRF and PCC if not submitted earlier.

My question is, as I have already submitted RPRF and PCC earlier, do I need to send it again.

And also please let me know the next step and how much more time will the process take...

Thanks a lot in advance.

Please reply

The email clearly says that "if you have not", so there is no need to send it again. But some people do send it again, if you wish to send it you can send the photocopies of PCC and landing fees to NDVO.

Next step is when they review your file, if all is well with your file your ecas would show "In process" and soon you would get your visa if your medical is still valid, or else it would be re-medicals. As you have just got your AOR from New Delhi, guessing from the current trend it could take around 4-5 months till your file is reviewed by a visa officer.

Lets hope they speed up and you get your visa soon. All the best. :)

Hi,

Can you please share your complete timeline. It depends on if your visa stamp is ready or not, if its ready you get your passport back pretty soon, or else it could take some time, but generally it takes around 15 days.

Another week has gone and still no updates,it's really frustrating.wonder how NDVO works,if it continues to work at this pace then feel pity for 2015 applicants-just imagine our July-2014 applicants after 20th has been completely come to an halt, and on top of that 2013 pending cases are still there.Only God can help us now.
What is NDVO doing ???Our lives are at stakes.Oh God please do something and shower some blessings on all of us,we badly need it.

He is a FSW applicant
NOT a Spouse Visa case

Fat Boy >>> Pls check ur in which group ....this is for Spouse , NOT FSW

From what we were told by the visa officer in the interview, is that the passport should only be sent through VFS. I think you should contact your local VFS office and tell them of your situation. They might be able to advise on the right path forward
