BOWP approval has nothing to do with PPR, but I do believe that for the BOWP to be approved is that the first stage of PR was finalized. So your PR application was deemed complete.

Oh yeah... it went on hold last week. But now since the glitch on CIC website, it's not showing the status anymore.

After past week website update, my application shows that it's pending on additional documents but there was no message attached to it. My lawyer contacted CIC about the message and they said there was no document requested and that she could disregard that message. And today I saw this message...

I applied in March 30th and no update until now.
