Just wanted to come back here and say that it is completely fine to switch jobs while under implied status. My new employer didn't even blink when I told him about it and hired me anyways. So if there's anyone here with the same doubt, don't worry.

I got the ATIPs from my PR application and there it seemed that they were reviewing my foreign work experience. The PCC was quite fast, actually.

Try sending them an email stating that your eligibility seems passed for your PR and asking them if they could approved your BOWP based on that. Maybe it works.

Apparently they are quite busy and I have no idea on how long it's taking them to process it these days. My PR AOR is from March 30th and it seems it's stuck under a last review since beginning of June. Seriously, I'm tired of this long process. Just wanted to get done with it.
