I have seen it changing to "Administrative Review" in most of the cases but again its MIDI you cannot guess.

1) When did you send your docs ? 2) when did they acknowledge your docs ? 3) After IR when you send docs it will take around 10 working days to get acknowledgement - usually its before that time. 4) I have send my docs after IR which are acknowledge by them on march 9th and I am still waiting.

Well even after your CSQ you will get closed work permit, your employer needs to help you from employer portal to get your closed work permit. the only way you change your job is, if interview with some other company and they agreed to help you get your closed work permit.

Agreed this information is enough but he might get an Counter fit for the CSQ, so to be safe, you can cancel your CSQ and then move to Ontario.

Yes You will need to find some backup if you do not get your CSQ by the time your Work permit expires, I am also in similar situation, My wp is expiring next month and I havent received my CSQ yet, I will wait until end of this month and then will apply for Facilitated Lmia.

Yes I know someone who applied in Feb 2017 and got his CSQ in march 2018, He send his docs in Nov and directly got his CSQ in March 18, no IR or anything else. He gave me this information, I do not have anything else like his exact timeline etc.

Nop those lazy people are still processing my application.
